The project!

Allocate the product and analyse stock levels in the stores in order to achieve targets.

What will the role entail?

• Making sure to allocate the stock to the stores (initial and replenishment orders for clothes, footwear & POs materials).
• Stock level and stores capacity analysis.
• Introduction of initial and replenishment delivery orders in the system and follow up of weekly replenishment of stores.
• Follow up of initial orders for stores, in order to make sure the delivery flow of new collections planned in the stores is accomplished.
• Daily communication & management with Retail team (Area managers & Store teams) in relation to deliveries, replenishment needs and possible issues.
• Management & Coordination of End of Season Returns.
• Support on the stock transfers between stores.
• Person of contact from Retail team with Logistics & Operations teams and support to other backoffice departments such as Visual Merchandising or Trade Marketing.

The Project!

We are currently seeking an Intern for the Ecommerce Catalogue team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about fashion, retail or ecommerce.

The Ecommerce Catalogue Intern will be in charge for the enrichment of the catalogue creation, reporting Head of the department, she/he will be in charge of all the product lifecycle, merchandising, new products, sales and promotions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in digital ecosystem and be self motivated to achieve the objectives.

What will the role entail?

• Systematically assist the Catalogue Manager in organizing and managing digital content (images and product descriptions) for all brands
• Update existing product content/images on the marketplaces, while adding new products where applicable
• Daily use of Tradebyte and our PIM to manage catalogues updates
• Collaborate with the product managers to fully understand product assortment, deliveries, merchandising strategy, etc.
• Creation of the offer for each season. Management and updating the product
  catalogue. Identification and correction of incidents through our PIM.
• Uploading product images to the sales channels through our PIM.
• Creation of product categories and categorisation
• Prices: Full price and sale prices
• Interdepartmental collaboration. Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and projects
• Strong organization skills & multi-tasking

The project!

We are looking for an Area Manager PVH (CK) to achieve the sales targets of the Points of Sale within their region (Spain & Portugal), with responsibility for the full price stores and Outlets portfolio.

What will the role entail?

• Corporate follow up:
  -Ensure the right level of customer service and brand image is provided in the stores
  -Supervise the VM guidelines within the stores and adapt to the region in order to maximize the impact
  -Guarantee the right image in the stores in terms of maintenance, cleanliness, the image of the staff and the presentation of the product
  -Lead the set-up of Trade Marketing activations and events in the Point of Sale
  -To implement the new retail projects according to the Amsterdam guidelines

• People management:

-Manage, supervise and motivate the team to achieve results
-Provide the correct professional development of the team members by identifying training needs and organizing workshops and career plans
-Recruit the best candidates in the market and retain the talent within the teams

• Product:

-Work with the product department for the selection of the collections, as well as in-season analysis to identify product needs
-Manage stocks and supervise correct replenishment and transfers of product

• Analysis and Reporting:

-Work with the Finance Department to drive the business and implement actions directed at achieving the stores budget
-Analyze KPIs and performance reports with a view to recommending initiatives and improvements in-store operations
-Keep store cost under control and aligned with budgets, specifically FTEs

The project!
To support the Pepe Jeans Architecture team and gain experience in Retail, working under the supervision of Architects and other professionals.

What will the role entail?:

• Develop projects of Stores, contribute with the Project Manager for the opening of the stores.
• Assist in the creation of retail design concepts and layout development.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation.
• Assist in the selection of materials, finishes, and furnishings appropriate for retail environments.
• Participate in collaboration with external team.
